This OCA committee meets monthly at 1pm on the second Thursday each month at A Touch of Madness. Planners, architects, residents in dispute all attend these meetings which are always open to the public. Through this forum the OCA works to resolve disputes, hold the City to account, and generate an urban vision for Observatory.
The OCA continues to urge all residents and business owners to preserve and appropriately enhance all Victorian features of their properties. Apart from the aesthetic such preservation increases property value.
